Since Tiptapp is a marketplace where you as an advertiser and helper act as a private person, traditional receipts with VAT are not issued directly. However, you can easily retrieve information about your transactions.
Retrieving transaction records
Once the ad has been confirmed and paid for, you can retrieve supporting documents directly from your Tiptapp account by following these steps:
Log in to your Tiptapp account.
Go to "My Ads" in the app.
Select "Completed" and then the specific ad.
Scroll to the bottom of the ad and click on "Get Receipt".
We call it "Get Receipt" in the app to make the process easy to understand. The document is sent to your email, check your spam folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
Variants of documents and receipts:
For payment of the ad: Get this through the "Get Receipt" button. Note that it does not include VAT.
For admin fee: Separate receipt for Tiptapp services with VAT, available via the same button.
For insurance: If you bought insurance through Omocom, you will find your receipt with VAT in the email sent to you. If you have any questions, please contact Omocom.
For you as a helper, your receipt includes VAT on the cut that Tiptapp receives for the use of the platform.
