How ratings & statistics works

At Tiptapp, we strive for transparency and mutual understanding among our users. That's why all users can see their own and each other's ratings, and get a clear picture of each user's trustworthiness and effectiveness.

Rating

  • Your rating reflects the share of counterpart users that have given you a positive rating (thumbs up). Additional positive ratings from one individual user will not increase the total rating.

  • Did you miss giving a rating? No problem, you can do it via the ad later. You can also change your rating within 24 hours. If you forget to give a rating, we will ask you to give one the next time you open the app.

  • The rating is updated daily, so give it some time to reflect on your recent interactions.

  • In your profile, you can see your historical rating and the aggregate rating from your last 30 counterpart users to track your progress.

Statistics

  • The statistics only apply to those who help others in Tiptapp and are based on punctuality and how often ads are completed. This is so that those who want help from you can get as good an idea as possible and can easily compare with others who want to help.

  • To increase your chances of being selected, aim to always be on time and complete your assignments.

  • If you have to cancel, explain the situation to the advertiser. If they agree, it will not negatively affect your statistics.

Other

  • Should there be something you would like to inform us about, please use the report function via the rating screen or the other user's profile view.

  • When providing a rating, we have tags to highlight both positive and negative aspects, based on common situations, to give a more nuanced view of each user.

With this system, we hope to create a better and more trustworthy experience for everyone in the Tiptapp community.
