As an advertiser:
Cancel an ongoing ad:
You can cancel a pickup by clicking "Cancel pickup", via the menu in the ad view, only after the time you selected has passed. This is to give your chosen helper a fair chance to complete the task.
If you change your mind and no longer need help, that's fine. We recommend that you contact your helper directly in the chat to discuss and agree on a cancellation.
After you have canceled, your helper will receive an automatic message, and your ad will be available for others to apply for instead. Both you and your chosen helper will be able to rate each other based on any conversation and agreement.
Delete ad:
If you want to delete your ad completely, go to "my ads" scroll to the bottom of the ad view and click on "Delete ad".

Cancel an ongoing task:
You can always cancel a pickup at any time via "Cancel pickup" in the ad's menu if you are unexpectedly unable to complete the task. It is important to know that your completion statistics may decrease and you risk a lower rating. We recommend that you first contact the person you are helping in the chat to explain why you need to cancel.
When you cancel, you will be asked why you canceled. This is sent to the advertiser who can use the reason to help with their rating. If the advertiser accepts your reason, the cancellation will not affect your rating negatively. If you frequently cancel, it may be more difficult for you to be selected for future ads.
