Closing your account on Tiptapp is a simple process, but requires a few specific steps to ensure everything goes smoothly. We are here to help you through every step of the process.
You can either delete your account directly in the app. Just head to your account - account information and at the bottom, you can choose to "Delete account".
If you cannot access your account, we can help you delete it as well. For us to help you, we need your registered phone number, name, and email address. Send this to support@tiptapp.com and mark the email with "Delete Account".
After receiving your request, we will send you a code via SMS. This is to ensure that the right person requests the deletion of the account. Send the code back to us so that we can continue the process.
Once your account has been closed, we will send you a confirmation. We respond to all requests within a few days, if you do not receive a response, please check that your email has been received by us.
Note that as a helper you cannot delete your account to create a new one with the same identification details.
