Helping with an ad is easy. You can freely apply to any open ads, i.e. those not marked with "help's on the way".
Find ads and apply
To find ads that suit you, you can filter the ad grid on e.g. size, distance, type of ad, etc. You then go to the ad you want to help with, read the description, and apply by pressing "Pick up". Only request ads where you know you will be able to complete the task. A tip is to activate notifications as several people usually apply quickly to new ads.
Advertisers often select a helper quickly, but sometimes it can take a while. You can choose to keep your request active or withdraw it at any time. It will not affect your rating or statistics as long as you do not cancel after being selected.
To improve your chances of being selected, you can make sure you have a good profile picture, apply for several times when you can help, and complete the tasks on time to improve your statistics.
Once you have been selected
When you're selected, make sure to show up within the specified time slot, as this will give you good ratings and statistics.
You will find all the info you need such as time, address, floor, and door code in the ad. If any info is missing, you can contact the advertiser through the chat in the ad.
For delivery ads, you mark in the app when everything is picked up and then again when everything is delivered. You have to be in the right location to be able to mark it as picked up and delivered.
For recycling ads, you mark collection in the app and then go to a recycling center to carry out verified recycling.
Payment and confirmation
The advertiser will confirm and pay once they have been able to verify that everything has been picked up and dropped off. When the ad closes, you will also have the opportunity to rate each other.

Your activity on the app and your collections are continuously monitored.
Only you can use your registered account. Misuse can have legal consequences.
