Reviews play a key role in building that trust by helping people make informed decisions and by providing constructive feedback that fosters improvement. Our review policy ensures that all feedback is authentic, fair, and genuinely useful.
General principles
Reviews must be unbiased, reflect the reviewer’s actual experience, and comply with our Terms of Service.
Feedback should be relevant, honest, and respectful, providing value to both advertisers, helpers, and the wider community.
Transparency and choice
Both advertisers and helpers can leave feedback publicly or privately (shared only with Tiptapp).
Regardless of visibility, all reviews—public or private—contribute equally to overall ratings and scores.
Fairness and integrity
Reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand experiences.
Fabricated, retaliatory, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.
Edit and finality
Users have 24 hours after submission to edit their review. After 24 hours:
Public reviews are published on the user’s profile.
Anonymous reviews are kept private and shared only with Tiptapp.
No Adjustments
To ensure fairness and transparency for all users, Tiptapp does not alter or remove reviews that comply with our guidelines.
Reviews are only removed if they breach our Terms of Service (for example, if they contain threats, hate speech, or other prohibited content).
This means that personal dissatisfaction with a fair and guideline-compliant review is not a valid reason for removal.
