You take a photo, set a price and choose who should help you. When the job is done, you pay securely in the app. Simple, fast and safe — and good for the environment.
How Tiptapp works
1. Download the app and log in
The app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with Apple, Google or your phone number.
2. Create a post
Tap “Get help now”, choose a category (e.g. Pick up & recycle), take a clear photo and write a short description.
Add your address and the price you want to pay.
3. Choose a helper
You’ll get suggestions from people nearby who want to help. Compare ratings and reviews and pick the helper that suits you best.
4. Verify and pay securely
When the job is finished, you confirm it in the app and the payment is processed automatically.
Example
You want to get rid of an old sofa.
You take a photo, choose Pick up & recycle, set a price and publish the post.
A helper nearby collects the sofa and drops it off at a recycling station.
When you mark the task as completed, the payment is made automatically.
Good to know
All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
You only pay once the job is completed and verified.
You can add insurance via Omocom when creating your post.
Recycling tasks use Verified Recycling with photos, GPS and timestamps.
