If you experience inappropriate behaviour, rule violations or suspicious activity, you can report it directly in the app.
If it concerns a specific ad, report it from the ad itself. If it concerns something else, contact Tiptapp Support.
How to report a user or an ad
Report a user
Contact Tiptapp Support directly through the app and describe what happened and which user it concerns.
Report an ad
Open the relevant ad and scroll to the bottom.
Select “Report ad to Tiptapp” and choose a reason.
You can also add a short comment.
Report something else
If it doesn’t concern a specific ad or user — for example a fraud attempt or inappropriate communication — open the support chat in the app and contact us there.
What happens next?
Tiptapp reviews the report and takes action if needed.
Depending on the situation, this can result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent removal.
