Tiptapp is a marketplace that connects users — we are not a party to the agreement between the helper and the advertiser.
If something doesn’t go as planned, you can contact Tiptapp Support for help, but Tiptapp does not make decisions about responsibility or compensation.

Most misunderstandings can be resolved by talking to the other person in the chat.
Be clear, factual and keep the tone calm and respectful.

If you can’t reach an agreement, contact Tiptapp Support directly through the app.
Briefly describe what happened and include information about the relevant ad, what occurred, photos and any other relevant details.

Tiptapp assists when needed
Support can:

  • explain how the rules work

  • guide the conversation between both parties

  • help practically, for example by pausing payment or adjusting compensation when both parties agree

  • Tiptapp is not a party to the agreement between users.
