Short answer
You can update your account details directly in the Tiptapp app under your Account settings.
There, you can change your profile photo, email address, bank account and other information linked to your account.
How to update your account details
1. Open the app
Go to the Account tab in the menu.
2. Tap the section you want to update
Profile: name, photo, language
Payment: bank account or card details
Contact: email address (for receipts and notifications)
3. Save your changes
Your information is updated immediately and applies to future ads.
Please note: Once you have verified your identity with BankID, you cannot change your first and last names without contacting support.
Important to know
Your phone number is used for login and cannot be changed directly in the app – please contact support if you have changed your number.
Profile pictures must comply with Tiptapp's guidelines: no logos, inappropriate images or text.
In some cases, you may need to log out and log back in to see the changes.
