Short answer
If you don’t receive the verification code when trying to log in or create an account, first check that you entered the correct phone number and that you have network coverage.
What to do if you didn’t receive a verification code
Check your phone number
Make sure you entered the correct number, including the country code (e.g. +46 for Sweden).
Restart the app
Close the app completely, reopen it, and request a new code.
Check your SMS and notifications
The verification code is sent via SMS from “Tiptapp”.
Wait a minute and check your messages carefully — sometimes the SMS ends up further down in the inbox.
Try again or switch network
If your signal is weak, SMS delivery can be delayed.
Workplace Wi-Fi or certain network settings can also interfere.
Try changing location, toggling airplane mode, or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Contact Support if nothing works
Email support@tiptapp.se and include your phone number.
Support can help verify your account manually.
