Short answer
If the Tiptapp app crashes, freezes or behaves unexpectedly, it’s usually due to a temporary bug or an outdated version of the app.
Most issues are quickly resolved by updating, restarting or reinstalling the app.
What to do if the app isn’t working properly
Update the app
Go to the App Store or Google Play and check that you have the latest version of Tiptapp installed.
Many issues disappear automatically after an update.
Close and restart the app
Close the app completely (don’t just minimize it) and open it again.
This clears temporary errors and re-establishes the connection to the server.
Clear cache
Go to Settings → Apps → Tiptapp → Storage → Clear cache.
This removes temporary files that may be causing problems.
Reinstall the app
If the issue remains, uninstall the app and install it again.
Your data, ads and verifications are stored on your account and will not be lost.

what you were trying to do when the error occurred
which of the above steps you’ve already tried
Attach screenshots or a screen recording showing the issue if you can.
Important to know
Tiptapp works best with the latest versions of iOS and Android.
