How ratings and reviews work
1. When the ad is completed
Once a ad is marked as finished, both the helper and the poster can rate each other.
2. Give your feedback
Tap the thumbs up or thumbs down to share your experience.
You can change your rating within 24 hours.
If you forget to rate, you’ll get a reminder the next time you open the app.
3. How your rating is calculated
Your rating shows the percentage of users who have given you a thumbs up.
Multiple ratings from the same user only count once.
Your rating is updated daily.
4. View previous ratings
Reviews are displayed on the user’s profile.
In your own profile, you can see both your full rating history and your average score from your last 30 counterparties.
