Who can see my personal information?

Tiptapp only shares the information needed for an ad to function — such as your first name and location.
Your contact details and payment information are always protected.

For advertisers
Helpers can see your first name, profile photo, the ad location and the ad description.
If you share an entry code or instructions, your helper will have access to that during the task.

No one can see your phone number, email address or payment details — these are securely handled by Tiptapp and Stripe.

For helpers
The advertiser can see your name, profile photo and ratings.
Your full name, phone number and email may be shared with the advertiser if requested. Your phone number may also be shared if needed for the advertiser to reimburse you.
