You are only supposed to pick-up the items shown in and described in the ad. It is up to you to decide whether or not to take the additional items added by the advertiser. The best solution is to ask the advertiser to create a new ad with the extra items and choose you if you can assist. Otherwise they should select another helper in the new ad. Worst case, you may cancel the pick-up an explain the reason for canceling.
