Should you find that there are more things you want to get rid of after creating your ad or need to make other changes? Don't worry, it can be solved!
Simply create a new ad for the extra items you have. Do you already have someone lined up for your first ad? Perfect, you can choose the same person for the new ad if they are able and willing. Otherwise, just choose another helper.
Why can't I add things to an existing ad?
If your first ad has received requests or if you have already selected a helper, you can't change it. This is because helpers have requested to help based on the original content of the ad. If this is changed, it can cause problems during pick-up.
Haven't received any requests or selected a helper yet?
In that case, you can update freely! Click on "Change" in the ad to update with new pictures, more info, or maybe increase the payment to get more requests. Remember, it's always best to be clear from the start about what needs to be done. That's how we keep Tiptapp simple and easy for everyone!
