If the pick-up time passes and you are unable to make contact, you have the option to cancel. After this, you can choose another person to help you with your ad.
In cases where your helper has pressed "Done" without actually picking up everything, you should first try to contact the user. The ad may be marked as "done" if the helper needs to make several trips, for example to the recycling station.
