Your ad on Tiptapp may have been hidden or removed for several reasons. Here are some possible explanations and actions you can take.
Ad time exceeded:
The most common reason for ad removal is that the ad has been active for seven days without receiving requests. We do this to keep the ads in the feed up-to-date and relevant. If you still want to be helped, try posting a new ad with an adjusted payment. Helpers in your area will receive a new notification and the ad will be at the top of the feed again.
Violation to the terms of service:
Your ad may also have been removed if it violates our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:
No ads with animals.
No ads containing food waste.
No ads with tobacco or alcohol.
Avoid unreliable or unrealistic offers.
No goods that are illegal under local law.
No hazardous materials such as asbestos.
No payments outside the platform.
Advertisers may not go along in the vehicle together with items being transported.
You may not add more items to an ad after publication.
If the items to be collected contain something that would normally be left at a recycling center, the advertiser must clearly state this in the ad and publish it in the correct ad category.
