Once you’ve posted an ad, you’ll need to wait for one or more helpers to apply.
When you receive applications, you choose the helper that suits you best — directly in the app by tapping the timeslot that works for you.
How to choose a helper
1. Wait for applications
After you’ve published your ad, nearby helpers can see it and apply.
You’ll receive a notification when someone shows interest.
2. Go to your ad
Open your ad in the app and scroll down to see the list of helpers who have applied.
3. Choose a helper
Tap the timeslot that works for you for the helper you want to book.
When you tap, you confirm your choice and book your helper.
4. Confirm and communicate
Once you’ve chosen a helper, you can chat directly in the app to align on details.
Payment is made only after the task is completed and confirmed.
Good to know
You can view each helper’s profile, rating and previous reviews before choosing.
If no one has applied yet, leave your ad active — more helpers often apply shortly after.
