💡 If the payment doesn’t go through, it’s usually due to a temporary issue with the app or your payment method.
Most problems are quickly resolved by restarting the app, logging out and back in — or trying another payment method.
What you can try if your payment fails
Try again in the app
Restart the app, or log out and back in, then try again.
You can also check if the app needs to be updated.
Check your payment method
Make sure your card is valid, open for online purchases, not blocked and has sufficient funds.
You can also switch to another payment method — such as a different card, Apple Pay or Klarna — under Account → Settings → Payment methods.

Tips
Apple Pay often works well if card payments fail on the first attempt.
If you’ve recently changed bank cards, update your payment details before creating a new ad.
You can always update your payment method under Account → Settings → Payment methods.
