Short answer
💡 When you as a helper mark an ad as completed in the app, the advertiser receives a notification to review and confirm it.
If they don’t confirm, automatic reminders are sent – and after 5 days the ad is confirmed automatically so you can receive your payment.
How an ad is closed
1. Mark the ad as completed
When you’ve finished the task – for example delivered, moved or recycled – mark it as completed directly in the ad.
If it’s a recycling ad, you also need to upload verification photos according to the instructions.
2. Wait for the advertiser to confirm
The advertiser reviews the task and, if everything looks correct, confirms it in the app.
After that, the payment is sent.
Note that for recycling jobs, the payment is only sent once the verification has been approved.
You don’t need to remind the advertiser – Tiptapp sends automatic reminders.
3. Automatic confirmation
If the advertiser neither confirms the task nor reports a problem within 5 days, it is automatically marked as completed in the system.
The payment is then sent to your registered bank account.
The system is designed so that the advertiser has time to check that everything was done as agreed, while you are guaranteed to get paid for the work you’ve done.
