Short answer

If your payout hasn’t appeared in your account within 10 days, it’s usually due to incorrect bank details, bank processing times, or Stripe being unable to complete the transfer.
It’s rarely anything serious — you will always receive your money as soon as the details are correct.

What to do if your payment hasn’t arrived

Has it been 10 days?
It can take up to 10 days from the moment the ad is closed as completed until the money reaches your account.
This may be due to your bank’s processing time or delays related to recycling verification.

Check your bank details
Go to Account → Bank account and make sure your clearing number and account number are correct.
A single incorrect digit can prevent the payout from going through.
If you’re having issues, try entering your IBAN instead.

Wait a few more business days
Payouts typically take 1–10 days after the advertiser confirms that everything is done.
Weekends and public holidays may delay the transfer.

If the money still hasn’t arrived
Stripe automatically retries if a payment fails.
If it still doesn’t go through, contact Tiptapp support via the app and we’ll help you further.

Good to know

Payments can be returned if the bank details are incorrect or if the account cannot receive transfers.
You cannot receive payouts to an account that isn’t in your own name.
Your earnings are always stored safely — no money is ever lost.
