Short answer

If your verification was rejected, it means we’ve detected discrepancies that suggest the recycling may not have been completed correctly — or that Tiptapp simply needs more information.

You can’t submit a new verification yourself — contact Tiptapp Support directly in the app and we’ll help you from there.

What to do if your verification was rejected

  1. Contact Support
Open the support chat in the app and explain what happened.
If possible, attach a new photo — it helps us process your case faster.

  2. Wait for a response
Our support team will review the case and get back to you with the next steps — for example, if more documentation is required.
Note: We process all cases in order. Sending one message is enough 💙

Important to know

You’ll receive your payout only after the verification has been approved.
Only photos taken on-site and in real time can be accepted.
Repeated rejected verifications may lead to account suspension.
