Your profile rating shows the percentage of tasks where you received a thumbs up — meaning how often advertisers were satisfied with your work.
If an advertiser does not leave a rating, it does not directly lower your score — but the system includes all completed tasks to create a fairer overall picture.
💡 This means that even if your rating drops temporarily, it doesn’t mean you did something wrong — only that more tasks are now included in the calculation.
Why your rating may change
Tiptapp’s rating system reflects all completed tasks.
Previously, ratings were based only on tasks where the advertiser actively left feedback.
Now, tasks without feedback are included as part of the overall calculation.
This ensures all helpers are evaluated on the same fair basis.
Your rating may therefore shift slightly — but it does not affect how you are ranked compared to others, since everyone is measured by the same principles.
How to improve your rating
A strong rating is not about luck — it’s about clarity, respect and reliability.
Advertisers usually appreciate helpers who:
Communicate quickly and clearly — confirm times and changes in the chat
Arrive on time — and notify immediately if something unexpected happens
Are respectful — a friendly attitude goes a long way
Follow the instructions in the ad — especially for recycling and delivery
Verify properly — take clear photos for recycling
