Short answer
💡 Before you select a helper, you can change the time and date directly in the ad. After you select a helper, you can still adjust the pickup time, but other information in the ad is locked.
How to change the time before selecting a helper
If you haven't picked a helper yet, you can update the time yourself right in the app.
Here's how to do it:
Go to My ads in the app
Open the ad you want to change
Press "Change"
Update date and/or time
Save the ad
The changes are displayed immediately and apply to all helpers who see the ad.
How to change the time after selecting a helper
Once you have selected a helper, you can still change the pickup time.
Here's how to do it:
Open the ad and scroll down
Click on the Suggest new time option.
Select the new time you want to suggest
The helper now needs to approve the proposal by going to the ad.
Important to know
Change the time as soon as you know it is no longer correct.
Please communicate the change in the chat so that the helper is informed.
All payments and changes must be handled via the Tiptapp app.
