Both yes and no. Since Tiptapp is a marketplace where advertisers and helpers act as private individuals, traditional receipts with VAT are not issued for the task itself.
However, you can easily download transaction records for your activities.
How to find receipts and payment records
Payment records via email
When you confirm that the ad is completed, a digital receipt is automatically sent to the email address linked to your account.
View payment records in the app
Open the relevant ad and scroll down.
Here, you can download your payment record, including:
date
amount
payment method
ad ID
Types of records and receipts
For pickup or delivery payments
Download this record using the Download receipt button.
Note that it does not include VAT.
For ad-related fees
A separate VAT receipt for Tiptapp service fees is available via the same button.
For insurance via Omocom
If you purchased insurance from Omocom, you’ll receive a separate VAT receipt in an email sent when the ad is published.

Important to know about VAT
Since payments occur between private individuals, Tiptapp cannot issue VAT receipts — except for the Tiptapp service fee, which is paid directly to Tiptapp.
