How to contact your helper
Open your ad
Go to your ad and scroll to the bottom of the view.
Open the chat
Tap the chat function to send a message to your helper.
Here you can confirm the pickup time, give instructions or ask questions.
Keep communication in the app
We recommend communicating through the in-app chat — not via SMS or phone calls.
This makes the pickup safer and allows Tiptapp Support to help if anything needs to be followed up.
If you can’t reach your helper
Slow replies often happen because the helper is finishing another task or is out in traffic — a bit of patience usually helps.
If you don’t get a reply at all, you can contact Tiptapp Support to cancel the ad and choose a new helper.
Tips
Send a short message as soon as you select your helper to confirm the time or share instructions.
Let the helper know in the chat if anything changes, e.g. if you placed the items in a specific spot.
Always use the in-app chat if anything is unclear — it serves as documentation if something needs to be reviewed later.
