💛 Canceling an ad is completely okay — sometimes plans change.
You can cancel the ad yourself after the scheduled pickup time has passed.
If you want to cancel earlier, you’ll need to ask your helper to do it for you.
How to cancel your ad before the pickup time has passed
1. Open the app and go to “My ads”
Here you’ll see all your active and previous ads.
2. Select the ad you want to cancel
Tap the ad to open it.
3. Contact your helper in the chat
Explain that you want to cancel and ask the helper to cancel the ad.
Example message:
“Hi! Unfortunately, plans have changed — could you help me cancel the ad?”
4. Leave a review
Once your helper has canceled the ad, the status updates automatically in the app.
You can then give your helper a thumbs up for good cooperation.
How to cancel your ad after the pickup time has passed
1. Open the app
Here you’ll see all your active and previous ads.
2. Select the ad you want to cancel
Tap the ad to open it.
3. Tap Cancel
Tap Cancel to cancel the ad. The reserved amount will be released automatically.
Tips
Cancel sooner rather than later to avoid the helper traveling unnecessarily.
If your helper has already spent time and fuel, you may offer compensation — but it’s completely optional.
If you both agree, you can contact support via the app for assistance.
Important to know
When a helper is selected, a temporary card reservation is made.
If the ad is canceled, the amount is released automatically, but it may take a few days for your bank to show the update.You only pay for ads that are actually completed.
A helper’s rating is not affected by who cancels the ad.
