Short answer

During the verification you must submit photo evidence showing that you picked up everything at the pickup location and dropped off the waste at an approved recycling centre.

The photos are reviewed — together with other factors — by Tiptapp’s team.
Verification is mandatory for the ad to be approved and for you to get paid.

How recycling verification works

At the pickup location
Take a clear photo on site showing that you’ve collected everything included in the ad.
The photo must be taken from outside the vehicle, with the entire cargo area visible.

At the recycling centre — before unloading
Take a photo of your vehicle’s cargo area with all waste still inside.
Again, the picture must be taken from outside so the whole area is visible.
Avoid taking the photo from inside the trunk or with the doors closed.

At the recycling centre — after unloading
Take the same photo again, now showing that the cargo area is completely empty.

Upload in the app
Tap Verify in the app and follow the steps to upload your photos.

Good to know

The photos must be taken on-site and in real time — old or reused photos won’t be accepted.
Verifications that are unclear, dark, or taken at the wrong location may be rejected.

Tips

Make sure the photo is sharp, bright, and clear.
Don’t take it too close — an overview works best.
Take extra photos with your phone as a backup.
