How to contact the advertiser
Open the ad
Open the ad and scroll to the bottom of the ad view.
Open the chat
Tap the chat feature to write to the advertiser.
Here you can confirm pickup time, ask questions, or let them know when you’re on your way.
Keep communication inside the app
It’s best to keep all communication in the chat – not via SMS or phone calls.
This keeps the task safer and helps support follow up if something needs to be reviewed later.
If you can't reach the advertiser
If you’re unable to reach the advertiser and you need their confirmation for the pickup, you unfortunately need to cancel the task.
Tips
Send a quick message as soon as you’re selected, for example:
“Hi! I’m on my way and expect to be there in about 20 minutes 😊”
If you’re running late, always let them know in the chat – clear communication helps your rating.
Always use the in-app chat if something feels unclear or if you need help – it acts as evidence if a dispute arises.
