Short answer
💡 A good ad is clear, complete and shows exactly what you need help with.
The more information you provide from the start, the faster you’ll get the right help!
How to create a good ad
Choose the right category
Post your ad in the correct category, for example:
Move & deliver – for transport or small moves
Pick up & recycle – for removal and recycling
Shop for me – for purchasing and delivery
Give away – for items you want to give away
Help at home – for help in or around the home
Add photos that show everything
Take clear photos directly in the app — up to four.
Show the full amount and make sure size and type of items are visible.
Avoid dark or unclear photos that may cause misunderstandings.
Describe the ad clearly
Explain what needs to be done and how much is involved.
Examples:
“Two large bags of garden waste.”
“Transport a heavy dresser.”
Include weight and size
Estimate how heavy or large the items are. This helps helpers know if they have the right conditions to take the task.
Add location details
Describe where the items are and how easy it is to access them.
Mention things like floor level, elevator access, parking options and how far it needs to be carried.
Set your price
The app suggests a recommended price based on the distance and scope of the ad.
If the task requires two people, long carrying distances or heavy lifting, adjust the price upwards.
Add available times
The more time options you offer, the faster you are likely to receive help.
Tips for an excellent ad
Double-check that everything that needs to be picked up is visible in the photos.
Turn on notifications in your account settings so you don’t miss applications from helpers.
