How do I edit or add things to my ad?

💡 It’s easy to update your ad directly in the app.
Before you’ve chosen a helper, you can edit the text, photos, price, time or location — and the changes appear instantly.
If you’ve already selected a helper, you can only update the pickup time.

1. Open your ad
Go to My ads in the app and tap the one you want to update.

2. Tap “Edit”
Here you can adjust the description, photos, price, time or address.
When you save, the changes are visible immediately.

3. Update the time or date
Scroll down to the time settings and choose a new day or timeslot.
Check that everything looks correct and save the ad to continue.

Once you’ve selected a helper, you can only change the pickup time — all other information is locked.

Need to change something else?
Contact your helper in the chat.
You can agree to continue as planned or cancel the task.
If the helper cancels, you can update the information and repost your ad.

For bigger adjustments — such as a longer distance or more items to transport — we recommend asking the helper to cancel the task and then creating a new ad with the correct price.
You can still choose the same helper again if you’d like.
