You pay safely and easily directly in the Tiptapp app using card, Apple Pay or Klarna (in some markets).
The money is only charged when the ad is completed and confirmed by you — never in advance.
How payment works
Choose your payment method when creating your ad
When you post an ad, you choose whether to pay with card, Apple Pay or Klarna.
You only need to enter your details once — they’re saved for future payments.
The amount is reserved
When you select a helper, a temporary card reservation is made.
The funds are set aside but are not charged until you confirm that the ad is completed.
Confirm when everything is done
When your helper marks the ad as completed, you’ll receive a notification.
Review the result and tap Confirm & Pay.
Only then is the payment processed.
If you pay with Klarna
Where Klarna is available, you can choose between direct payment, invoice or installment plans — according to Klarna’s terms.
Important to know
All payments are handled securely and encrypted via Stripe, Tiptapp’s payment partner.
Payments are always made inside the app — never outside it.
If the ad is cancelled, the card reservation is automatically released within a few days (depending on your bank).
