How to know your items were recycled correctly
Your helper completes the ad
When the helper has finished the recycling, they mark the ad as completed.
You review the pickup
You’ll receive a notification in the app.
Check that everything that was supposed to be taken has actually been removed from the location.
Confirm & pay
When you’re satisfied, tap Confirm & Pay.
Only then is the payment charged.
Tiptapp verifies the recycling
Your helper follows a detailed verification process in the app.
The recycling is then reviewed by the Tiptapp team.
If the evidence isn’t sufficient, we contact your helper for more information.
If we suspect the recycling wasn’t handled correctly, Tiptapp opens an investigation, corrects the issue and may take action on the helper’s account.
