Slow responses often happen because the helper is finishing another task or is out in traffic — a little patience can go a long way 💙
If you don’t get a reply, you can contact Support in the app to cancel the ad and choose a new helper — you never pay until the job is completed.
What to do if your helper doesn’t show up
Contact your helper in the chat
Open your ad in the app and tap the chat function.
Your helper may already be on their way, so always start here.
Be patient — and contact Support if needed
We encourage communication — but if the scheduled time is running out or you’re in a hurry, you can contact Support in the app for help cancelling the ad.
Choose a new helper
You can select someone else who has already sent a request, or keep the ad active so more helpers can apply.
Good to know
You don’t pay anything until you confirm that the task is completed.
Helpers who don’t show up risk receiving lower ratings and may be suspended if it happens repeatedly.
If your helper marks the ad as “completed” without actually doing the job, or if anything feels unclear, contact Tiptapp Support via the app.
