Confirm the agreed-upon time window for the helper's arrival and wait until the window has passed before taking action. This approach ensures fairness and provides a reasonable opportunity for the helper to arrive as planned.

Open your ad in the app and tap the chat function.
Your helper may already be on their way, so always start here.
Be patient — and know when you can take action We encourage communication by using the in-app chat. If the scheduled time has passed and the helper remains unresponsive, you can cancel the task directly within the app. For urgent situations or challenges cancelling, reach out to Support for assistance.
Cancelling Before the Time Window If you need to cancel the task before the scheduled time, request the helper to initiate cancellation through the in-app chat. This ensures proper task tracking and adherence to the platform policy.
Choose a new helper
You can select someone else who has already sent a request, or keep the ad active so more helpers can apply.
Good to know
You don’t pay anything until you confirm that the task is completed.
Helpers who don’t show up risk receiving lower ratings and may be suspended if it happens repeatedly.
If your helper marks the ad as “completed” without actually doing the job, or if anything feels unclear, contact Tiptapp Support via the app.
