Short answer

Your ad may have been removed automatically or manually if it doesn’t follow Tiptapp’s guidelines, contains inappropriate material, or if the task is already completed.
In some cases, ads may also be temporarily hidden for review.

Common reasons why an ad is removed

The ad violated Tiptapp’s rules
Your ad may have been removed if it goes against our Terms of Use.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No ads involving animals

  • No ads containing food waste

  • No ads involving tobacco or alcohol

  • Avoid unreliable or unrealistic offers

  • No items that are illegal under Swedish law

  • No hazardous materials such as asbestos or eternit

  • No payments outside the platform

  • Advertisers may not ride along during transport

  • You cannot add more items to an ad after it has been published

  • If the items to be picked up include anything normally taken to a recycling centre, the advertiser must clearly state this in the ad and publish it in the correct category

Temporary review
Sometimes an ad is temporarily hidden for manual review — for example, if the system detects something that may violate the Terms of Use.
We then review the ad and republish it if everything looks fine.

Technical reasons
If your ad couldn’t be published correctly, for example due to an unstable internet connection, you may need to create it again.

What to do if your ad wasn’t published or was removed

Create a new ad
Adjust the description, category or photos if needed, and publish again.

Contact support if needed
If you believe your ad was removed by mistake, contact Tiptapp Support directly in the app and include the ad title.

Important to know

  • Tiptapp may remove or hide ads that violate the Terms of Use.

  • Repeated violations may result in your account being paused.

  • You never pay for ads that are removed before they are completed.
