When you create an ad in Tiptapp, you are offered (in most markets) the option to add insurance for your items.
You choose the level of protection that suits you — directly in the app.
Insurance options available
The insurance is provided by Omocom and applies if your item is damaged or lost during transport.
There is no deductible and claims are handled quickly.

How the insurance works
When creating an ad, you select the insurance before publishing it.
After the helper has marked themselves as “On location”, you will receive an email from Omocom titled:
“Tiptapp and Omocom – Insurance policy and terms”
Inside the email, you’ll find your insurance certificate and instructions on how to submit a claim.

Damage to property caused during the task
