💡 To apply to an ad, go to the Ads tab in the app, choose an ad that suits you, and tap Pick up to send your request.
When the advertiser selects you, you’ll receive a confirmation and can start planning the task.
How to apply to ads
Open the app and go to “Ads”
Here you’ll find all active ads in your area.
Choose an ad that suits you
Tap the ad to read the full description.
Check weight, size, floor level, distance, elevator access and whether the advertiser can assist — so you know you can complete the job.
As a helper, you are responsible for only applying to ads you are able to carry out.
Tap “Pick up”
When you tap Pick up, you send a request to the advertiser.
In some cases, you can also:
Scroll down and tap “Offer help for higher payment” if you want to propose a different price
Or use “Ask the advertiser to add more information” if something in the ad is unclear
Wait for confirmation
The advertiser sees all incoming requests and chooses who will complete the task.
If you’re selected, you’ll receive a notification, and the ad moves to My ads → My pickups.
Confirm the ad
Once selected, double-check the time, location and instructions in the ad.
Then you can plan your route and carry out the task.
You can also open the chat from the ad to message the advertiser if needed.
Important to know
Do not take multiple overlapping ads
Make sure you can finish one task before accepting another.
If you can no longer take an ad, cancel it in the app
This is important for maintaining good statistics.
As a helper, it’s always your responsibility to cancel if you are unable to complete the task.
